Return Policy

Returns will be eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your store credit.


Your items will not be accepted if

  • It's been more than 14 days since you received your order.
  • item(s) was on clearance.
  • item(s) was not in its original condition (stain, smell, dog hair)

Return instructions: 

Please email with the following information

  • Name
  • Order number
  • The item you are returning
  • Reason for returning

*Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for paying to ship their return*

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be sent to your email.


Something didn't fit but you would like another size?

The quickest way to do an exchange:

  • Email that you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size
  • Go ahead and order the size you are needing
  • You will receive a return label and once we have received your original item a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.  

Other exchange option

  • Email that you are wanting to exchange an item for a different size
  • You will be sent a return label 
  • If you do not place an order for the correct size, it will be sent to you AFTER we have received your original order

Damaged Items

Please report any damaged items within 2 DAYS of your order date. Please email us at and send photos of any damage. 

Things that do not qualify as damage

  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
  • Lighting
  • Photography lenses
